How is Villachoice different?
At first sight, Villachoice is simply another database of holiday-accommodation to rent; however, unlike most other sites, we go further, and allow you to get a real-time view of availability. There is also a comprehensive display of pricing, available for each property, giving you all the information you need to make a booking-decision. When you have made a decision to book, you can do so there-and-then, removing the delay and uncertainty that is usually found with other websites.
What happens when I make a booking?
When you make a booking - confirmed or provisional - the dates that you have reserved will change colour on the calendar relating to your chosen property. If you decide not to proceed then the provisional booking will expire at midnight and the property will become available again on your chosen dates. If you confirm a booking, we send details of your booking to the owner of your chosen property, who will then contact you as soon as possble to establish communications and arrange payment.
What if I change my mind?
We always advise customers to make provisional bookings as a first step, to enable them to confirm that the other parts of their holiday arrangements are in place, before making a confirmed-booking with us. If you have made a mistake and wish to change your booking details, then please email the property-owner as soon as possible and they will do our best to make the changes that you request.
Is Villachoice a Travel Agent?
NO: this website is an advertising medium. We do not act as an agent for the property-owner with whom you are contracting, nor are we a party to any contract that you may enter into with anyone regarding the rental or sale of property displayed on this website. While we do our very best to see that information supplied by property owners and customers is genuine and accurate, we will only be liable for the management and delivery of the services that are provided to them.
